(Aogaku Hicon) is a human resources development venture company, with the capital provided by the Aoyama Gakuin University and University professors. (University: two thirds /Professors : one third) Aoyama Gakuin University Research Institute’s Research Center for e-Learning Professional Competency (eLPCO) and Human Innovation Research Center (HIRC) have promoted various government projects, academic-industry partnerships and positive coordination with universities from home and abroad. In order to contribute to society in human resource development, we make the most of our expert know-how in the human development through our business. Aogaku Hicon has two core businesses, which are “Human Resources Development (HRD) Business” and “Solution Business”. According to the integration of the humanities and sciences, we intend to construct a network of the Universities and Companies.
